| Purpose: | We will process your personal data for the management of the full recruitment, assessment, and selection cycle of candidates. This process involves the receipt and analysis of your candidacy, which may come directly from your application or through an external recruitment company. Likewise, if you progress in the process, we may send and/or carry out communications related to it, request that you perform technical tests, occupational personality tests, and/or language proficiency tests (both internal and third-party).
Additionally, we may prepare an adequacy report of your candidacy for greater agility when making a decision in this regard. Finally, we may include your data in the recruitment database for possible participation in different selection processes that may arise in the future. |
| Lawfulness: | Request on your part for pre-contractual measures in accordance with Art. 6.1.b) of the GDPR by wanting to be part of our professional team. We will keep your CV for future selection processes for 1 year. |
| Recipients: | No data will be transferred to third parties, unless expressly authorized by you or due to a legal obligation. There are data processors for labor management.
Your data may be communicated to the General Treasury of the Social Security, SEPE and INSS, Tax Agency, and other Public Administrations due to legal obligation. |
