The use of the Portal grants the status of Portal user (hereinafter, the ‘User’) and implies the acceptance of all conditions contained in this Legal Notice. Compañía Española de Algas Marinas, SA reserves the right to modify this legal notice at any given time.
Compañía Española de Algas Marinas, SA informs that this website is intended exclusively for an audience older than 18 years. By placing an order through this website or entering your personal information on it, you declare to be over 18 and have legal capacity to enter into a contract.
The service provision of the Portal is limited to the time the User is connected to it. Access to the website is free except for the cost of the connection through the telecommunications network supplied by the service provider that users have contracted.

4. CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE PORTAL
4.1 GENERAL
The User undertakes to make proper use of the Portal in accordance with the Law, this Legal Notice and the basic principles of morality. The User shall be liable before Compañía Española de Algas Marinas, S.A or any third parties for any damages or wrongs that may be caused by the breach of the aforesaid obligation. The use of the Portal for purposes injurious to property or interests of Compañía Española de Algas Marinas, S.A. or third parties or the overload, damage or disablement of networks, servers and other computer equipment (hardware) or products and applications (software) of Compañía Española de Algas Marinas, S.A. or third parties is expressly prohibited.

Thus, by way of example, the User must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, copy, make available, transform or modify the Contents, except when permitted by law or expressly consented in writing by Compañía Española de Algas Marinas, S.A. 4.3 DATA COLLECTION FORMS

The access to the Portal does not oblige Compañía Española de Algas Marinas, S.A. to control that it is free of viruses, worms or any other harmful IT element. It is in any case the User’s responsibility to have the adequate tools for the detection and disinfection of harmful computer programs.
Compañía Española de Algas Marinas, S.A. accepts no liability for any harm caused to the Users’ or third parties’ computer equipment during the provision of the portal’s services.
5.3 OF SERVICE AVAILABILITY
The access to the Portal requires services and supplies from third parties, including transport via telecommunications networks, the reliability, quality, continuity and operation of which is not the responsibility of Compañía Española de Algas Marinas, S.A. Therefore, services provided through the Portal may be suspended, cancelled or inaccessible, prior or simultaneous to the service of the Portal. Compañía Española de Algas Marinas, S.A. shall not be liable for damages of any kind incurred by the User resulting from failure or outage of telecommunications networks.
