IFT FIRST (Food Improved by Research, Science and Technology) is one of the most important global events for the food and beverage industry. Organized annually by the Institute of Food Technologists, the fair brings together thousands of professionals — including food scientists, product developers, researchers, ingredient suppliers, and startups — to explore the latest advances in food science, health, sustainability, and innovation.
