CEAMSA, a key global player in texturising solutions, has acquired the fibre line and associated intellectual property of PeelPioneers, a company based in the Netherlands, strengthening its strategy to offer a comprehensive and differentiated portfolio of fibre solutions. For PeelPioneers, this means its fibre activities continue under the wings of a global family-owned industry leader.

Through this transaction, CEAMSA reinforces its commitment to citrus fibre as a natural ingredient with unique functional properties, strengthening its position among the key international players in fibres and texturising ingredients.
The integration of PeelPioneers’ technology and know-how enhances CEAMSA’s value proposition and expands its ability to deliver innovative, sustainable and high-performance solutions to customers.
